x bazi Terms and Conditions

1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between the x bazi platform and its users. By registering, accessing, or using any service on the platform, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms.

x bazi is an online gaming and sports betting platform that provides services in the Bangla language for Bangladeshi users. These terms are written in Bangla and the Bangla interpretation shall be considered final.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To create an account on x bazi and take part in any gaming or betting activity, you must be at least 21 years old. Anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited from participating on this platform.

2.2 Accuracy of Personal Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and complete. x bazi reserves the right to close any account created with false information at any time, and the balance of that account may be forfeited.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each person may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts from the same person or the same device is prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts may be permanently closed.

3 Account Management

3.1 Password and Security

Keep your x bazi account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing your login details with anyone else is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, change your password immediately and notify the support team.

3.2 Account Verification

x bazi may request necessary documents at any time to verify the identity and age of users. If documents are not submitted within the specified time, account activity may be temporarily suspended.

3.3 Account Transfer Prohibited

No account may be sold, transferred, or made available for use by another person. The account is solely for the personal use of the registered individual.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

x bazi accepts bKash, Nagad, and Rocket for deposits. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. When making a deposit, ensure the correct account number and amount are entered, as funds sent with incorrect details may not be recoverable.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

bKash, Nagad, and Rocket may also be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

The mobile wallet number used for withdrawal must be registered in your own name and must match the information used during account verification.

4.3 Source of Funds

All funds used on the platform must come from a legal source. If funds from an illegal source are used, x bazi reserves the right to close the account and notify the relevant authorities.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. A 10x wagering requirement applies to this bonus, meaning the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000, and a wagering requirement of ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 must be met.

5.2 Other Promotional Offers

Weekly, seasonal, and special occasion offers are provided with specific conditions. The wagering requirements and validity period may differ for each offer. Please read the full terms of the relevant offer before claiming a bonus.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses, providing false information, or taking part in any fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the relevant bonus will be cancelled and the account may be suspended.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Conditions for Bet Cancellation

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, x bazi reserves the right to cancel any bet due to a technical error or data feed issue, in which case the original stake will be returned.

6.2 Odds Changes

Odds displayed before a bet is confirmed may change. The odds at which the bet is finally confirmed will apply. For multi-bets, all selected events must win; otherwise the entire stake will be lost.

6.3 Casino Game Rules

Each casino game has its own rules displayed within the game. For all games including slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette, and Teen Patti, the RTP and house edge are set within the relevant game software.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the x bazi platform:

• Using fraudulent software, bots, or automated systems to conduct games or betting
• Any attempt to improperly influence the outcome of gaming or betting
• Stealing or misusing another user's account information
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors or bugs in the platform for personal gain
• Harassing or threatening other users or x bazi staff
• Operating an account on behalf of a person under 18 or 21 years of age

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by x bazi

If there is suspicion or evidence of a breach of the terms, x bazi may temporarily or permanently suspend any account without prior notice. The user will be informed of the reason for suspension through their contact details.

8.2 Closure by the User

Any user may voluntarily close their own account. An opportunity to withdraw the available balance will be given before the account is closed; however, any active bonuses and amounts tied to them will be cancelled.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An account may be marked as inactive if there has been no activity for an extended period. Further details on this can be obtained from the x bazi support team.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

Users' personal information is not sold to any third party. However, specific information may be shared with relevant parties when required by legal obligation, for fraud prevention, or for identity verification.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 Service Interruptions

x bazi does not accept responsibility for any financial or other compensation if the service is temporarily unavailable due to technical issues, loss of internet connection, or any other reason. However, in such situations the support team will try to offer a possible resolution for affected bets or games.

10.2 Third-Party Services

The x bazi platform uses content from third-party game providers (PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Evolution, and others). x bazi does not accept direct responsibility for the quality of service or technical performance of these providers.

10.3 Risk of Gambling

Online gaming and betting is a risky activity. Consider the possibility of financial loss before placing any amount as a stake. x bazi never guarantees a profit and there is no guarantee of winning.

11 Responsible Gaming

x bazi believes that gaming is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. We encourage users to play within limits that suit their means.
